PVGadgets_WindowUnfreeze (Window.l,MaxWIndows.l)

Unfreezes all Windows and activates the specified Window.  Total number of Windows in the project must also be specified (this can be found in the Constant #WindowIndex)

Use:

PVGadgets_WindowUnfreeze(#Window_Main,#WindowIndex)
